Order Cancellation
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
- You can cancel your order at any time before the restaurant has started preparing it. Once the preparation has begun, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
- To cancel your order, use the cancellation option available within the CheezECHOICE app or contact our support team immediately.
2. Restaurant-Initiated Cancellation:
- In rare cases, an order may be canceled by the restaurant due to factors like unavailability of ingredients, high demand, or other operational issues.
- If this occurs, you will be notified and a full refund will be processed.
Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility:
- Order Not Delivered: If your order is not delivered due to any issue on the restaurant’s end.
- Incorrect Order: If you receive an order with incorrect or missing items, you can request a refund.
- Food Quality: If the food received is of unsatisfactory quality (e.g., spoiled, improperly prepared), you can apply for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations:
- Late Cancellation: If the order is canceled after the restaurant has started preparing the food.
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind after the order is placed and confirmed.
Refund Process
To request a refund, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Once your request is submitted, we will review the issue with the restaurant, and if applicable, process the refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Important Notes
- In case of payment failures or technical issues with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways), the refund process will be subject to the policies of those service providers.
- Refund requests may be denied if the complaint is found to be invalid or in violation of our terms and conditions.
